Youth Soccer

Registration Begins This Week!
As boys and girls keep their hearts, muscles and lungs physically fit, they will also be working as a team and learning fundamental soccer skills such as kicking, passing, receiving, shooting and dribbling.

Men's Adult Basketball League

Season Begins September 12
The Birmingham YMCA’s Men’s Adult Basketball League is a perfect way for you to stay fit while having fun. Our certified refs use high school rules. Stats and standings are kept and e-mailed out every week.

The league starts September 12th. Registration ends September 7th. Sign your team up now to reserve a spot. Download the registration form right now. Registration must be done in person!

Sports Conditioning - Small Group PT

Improve speed, power and agility through sport-specific training and take your game to the next level. This small group training (3-8 people) is designed for middle– and high-school athletes. All participants will receive sports training journal, pre– and post-testing and sports nutrition information. Groups forming now.

Jessica Pike, YMCA Personal Trainer and former D1 college basketball player leads the class.

Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday (6am)
Wake up to an energizing workout to start your day off right. Focus on total body strength with cardiovascular fitness to meet your needs, with a group of three to eight people to increase support and motivation
