Sign up now, spaces are limited! Camp activities include swimming, arts & crafts, games, and much more. ALL participants must bring a sack lunch, snacks, swimsuit, towel and weather appropriate clothing each day.

Rookies 3 vs. 3 League - Ages 4-5 or 6-7, with games played on Mondays or Wednesdays.

Improve speed, power and agility through sport-specific training and take your game to the next level. This small group training (3-8 people) is designed for middle– and high-school athletes. All participants will receive sports training journal, pre– and post-testing and sports nutrition information. Groups forming now.
