Group Exercise Instructor

The Lakeshore Family YMCA is seeking experienced Group Exercise Instructors to join our team. YMCA Group Exercise Instructors will be able to instruct aerobics and other adult fitness classes with proper exercise technique, principles, and procedures. Personal training experience a plus.

Lead Teacher

This is a leadership position responsible for directly supervising and developing the classroom staff and managing the day-to-day operations in the classroom of YMCA Child Care at Lakeshore Family YMCA. Assistant Teacher

The Assistant Teacher will establish and maintain an appropriate classroom learning environment and daily routine, with attention to standards of health, safety, organization, and aesthetics. Model professionalism and teamwork within the teaching team and the site.The Assistant Teacher will implement lesson plans based on playing to learn and the creative curriculum, assuring that each individual child receives the learning experience and attention required to make progress toward the Goals for Children from the Creative Curriculum Plan.

The Assistant Teacher will provide integrated learning experiences; which include activities that relate to the cognitive, physical, socio-moral, and representational domains of learning and development.
