Monday, March 15 (5pm)
Join us for a FREE Teen Hip Hop DEMO Class! You'll do fun, creative and up-tempo choreographed dance moves that form a short dance routine to a variety of hip hop music. Dance-based classes, challenges coordination and body range of movement. This is great exercise and tons of fun!
Tuesday, March 16 (11:30am)
If you are suffering from back or neck pain stress, please join us for lunch as Dr. Elizabeth Baise discusses stress relief and pain management. In the Multi-Purpose Room. Reservations appreciated 734-261-2161 ext. 208.
Saturday March 13 (9am-12pm)

A great chance for kids to try soccer and learn the skills of dribbling, passing and teamwork.
Ages 6 – 8 from 6 – 7pm
Ages 9 & up from 7 – 8:30pm
Date: March 27
Time: 3 – 5 PM
Fee: $6/child
Includes: Guest appearance by a princess, Spiderman, activity and music. Dress as your favorite princess or superhero at the party. This will be a fun family event! Presented by: My Girly Parties.

The YMCA youth leagues are a great way to have fun, enjoy competition, exercise and improve skills.
League runs April 17-June 12
Erie, Ontario and Michigan Teams(birthdates 7/31/04-7/31/06) – ½ hour practice followed by ½ hour game on Saturdays.
Superior/Huron Teams(birthdates 7/31/02-7/31/03) – 1 hour practice/week. Saturday games.
Registration Deadline: April 1, 2010 – a $10 late fee will be assessed for registrations after this date.
League runs April 10-June 5
Birthdates 7/31/96-8/1/00. Up to two practices/week. Separated by gender and birth date. All games within 15 miles of Novi.
Registration Deadline: March 23, 2010. A $10 late fee will be assessed for registrations after this date.
For girls and boys aged 8-12 years. Offered Wednesday evenings from 7:30pm-8:15pm. Register Now!
An experimental learning program for girls grades 3-5
Girls on the Run is a life changing, experiential learning program for girls grades 3-5. The program combines training for a 3.1 mile running event with self-esteem enhancing, uplifting workouts. The goals of the program are to encourage positive emotional, social, mental, spiritual and physical development. Girls will meet twice a week for an hour with a certified volunteer coach directly after school. Fee includes program t-shirt, water bottle, a healthy snack each day and entrance into the 5k run.
