A year-round middle school girls’ self-efficacy project, Magic in the Middle brings together peer and adult female mentors to promote visioning a positive future.
Y Moves is a male mentoring/development program for boys, fostering community connection and leadership.
A one-year Saturday program, the Future Professions Academy lays the foundation for success in college and careers, involving 9 area higher education institution partners, Henry Ford Health Systems and DPS.

Alternating between state and national tours, College Tours promotes higher education by giving students the information they need to make appropriate school-related decisions. College Tours give students the opportunty to see first-hand the resources available at a school, ask questions about their education and envision what college life will be like.

A final college readiness, funding and admissions program, Countdown to Success is led by Adult Achiever mentors to ensure successful college transition.
To prepare middle school students for their first jobs, Y WorkReady provides an in-school, step by step program that develops the skills and confidence needed for successful job seeking.
Participants in the Individual Development Accounts (IDA program learn how to manage their finances and plan for their financial futures. A savings-match component encourages participants to apply sound fiscal management principles.
